Bootcamp helps innovation practitioners to learn together with their peers

WHY BOOTCAMP?

Innovation occurs within complex, adaptive and ever-changing systems. Various innovation practitioners are tasked with promoting the interaction of people, shaping and improving the system, where necessary. The problems they face in their work are often global. Bootcamp is an intense learning event that aims to:
- facilitate knowledge exchange between international innovation practitioners
- identify key opportunities in making their internventions more systemic and effective
- discover leverage points for work
- help better to understand and act in the systems where we work in

WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL INNOVATION BOOTCAMP?

Bootcamp is two days of co-creating solutions with other innovation practitioners. Participants exchange experiences about bottlenecks and take a fresh look at new opportunities on how to do work differently. Within this relaxed environment facilitated by a German-Finnish team, everybody should be able to find answers and feel inspired by questions – which are highly relevant for work, but not often enough reflected in the daily routine. Bootcamp also provides the necessary reflection time within a relaxing countryside retreat. It is a learning event for innovation pracitioners, by fellow innovation practitioners.

WHO?

All international innovation practitioners are invited, regardless of background. This includes, but is not limited to: business incubator and startup coaches, consultants, cluster facilitators, R&D specialists, members of educational institutions and policy makers. The only requirement is that you’re willing to openly share and participate in the creative exchange with your peers.
